What is Creative Administrative Consultants (CAC)?

What is the difference between CAC and having a regular employee?

We are business owners. The CAC relationship is similar to a relationship you might have with another contractor, such as an accountant, etc. We do not require benefits such as vacation, sick time or 401K. As a business owner, you save money when you work with CAC by not paying for benefits, employee taxes, office space or office equipment.

 

Who can use the services you provide?

We tailor our services to meet the needs of you and your business. CAC can help with our services to just about anyone. For instance:

How do I receive my completed work from CAC and where is the work completed?

All work is done from our office in the USA (California) and is sent via email, fax or postal mail and or FedEX, UPS. Clients can email or scan PDF versions of their files and documents. Clients can select overnight mail services and CD/DVD exchange, if they wish.

For many of our clients we utilize www.logmein.com or various web services like Skype to facilitate communication. We communicate with our clients via email (preferred method) or Skype. A written record of tasks is always best to avoid miscommunication between you and CAC. Phone calls must be pre-scheduled in advance. The time utilized for phone calls is deducted from retainer hours.

 

Does CAC offer a consultation to discuss my needs?

What do you charge for your virtual assistant services?

Please see our page concerning rates. We offer various ongoing support packages from a few hours and up. In addition, CAC offers retainer packages at a discounted rate. Need a custom package? Please contact us.

 

What type of payments does CAC accept?

Creative Administrative Consultants accepts payments via PayPal. PayPal accepts credit card and bank transfers. A PayPal account is not required to pay a CAC invoice. This is the preferred method. In some exceptions, Creative Administrative Consultants may accept checks. Please allow 4-7 business days for check payment to clear before work is started. Clients are responsible for NSF fees, if the payment does not clear.

 

What is a retainer and what is the benefit?

A retainer is a contract that purchases monthly hours in advance in exchange for a discounted cost. It guarantees a set amount of hours during the course of the month. Another benefit to the retainer includes priority scheduling over any hourly or project based clients.

 

Can retainer hours be carried over to the next month?

No. Retainer hours need to be used within the month and are non-transferable from one month to another month.

 

What if I do not need a retainer package, can I still use your services?

Yes, we are available when you need us for as long as you need us. We offer hourly rates as well as retainer packages. However, if you only require our services on an occasional basis, that is fine. Small or infrequent services are billed at our hourly rates. We do find that clients requiring our services on a more frequent basis receive a greater benefit by taking advantage of our discounted retainer services.

 

Do you require a contract to use your VA services?

Yes, a contract and (NDA) privacy agreement is required for all work between CAC and our clients.

 

Do you offer a guarantee on your work?

Yes, we stand behind our work and are 100% committed to making sure all our clients are happy with our work.
